Football Australia will receive an allotment of tickets to distribute to FA+ Members for each of Australia’s FIFA World Cup 26™ matches, in coordination with FIFA Ticketing.

Only FA+ members will be able to access this ticket allocation from Football Australia and you had until 2359 AEDT on 18 December to sign up to FA+ to be able to apply to access FA ‘s allocation of tickets.

To increase your chances of success, you can also apply directly for tickets via the FIFA public portal with your FIFA Fan ID during the upcoming phase and any future phases.

If you are unsuccessful in the Ballot, you can purchase tickets through the official FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace or we can assist you in sourcing an alternative ticket-inclusive package through an official third party supplier, subject to availability.

No. Match tickets are managed separately to travel packages and are subject to FIFA and Football Australia allocation processes. Our travel packages are designed to complement your ballot application or existing tickets.

If you are unsuccessful in the ballot, you may cancel your travel package for a full refund of your deposit, or keep your package if you plan to secure tickets later through the official FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace. We can also assist you in sourcing alternative ticket-inclusive packages from an official third party supplier, subject to availability.

If you are an FA+ Member and applied for tickets within the FIFA ticket ballot, your $500 deposit is fully refundable only if you are unsuccessful in securing a ticket within the FIFA ticket ballot. Once you have secured your match tickets, simply confirm your package with our team and follow the payment schedule. 

A $500 per person deposit is required to secure your travel package. 

After the ticket ballot results and on confirmation of you proceeding with your package, a further deposit of 50% of the remaining balance will be due in early February.  

The remaining 50% full payment balance is required by the 30th March 2026. 

Please note if additional tours or pre/post options are added to your package, these items will also require payment at time of confirmation.  

Yes, transfers may be permitted before final documents are issued, subject to supplier rules and eligibility requirements. All requests must be made in writing and may incur amendment fees. Once flights, tickets, or personalised documents are issued, transfers may not be possible.

Travel insurance is not included in your package. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Our travel specialists can assist you with organising this from reputable suppliers.

Each tier offers confirmed hotels, so you can travel with complete confidence knowing your accommodation is secure.

Yes, we offer flexible room configurations to suit your travel party. In addition to standard twin and double occupancy rooms, we can arrange triple and quad share rooms, subject to availability. This is an excellent option for families or groups of friends travelling together who wish to reduce costs whilst staying in the same room. 

No, international flights to North America are not included in the advertised package price.

Our package prices are priced on a twin share basis. If you are a solo traveller, a single occupancy charge will be applied to your package cost. 

Alternatively, you can choose to be partnered with another solo traveller to help reduce costs. 

To help reduce costs for solo travellers, Keith Prowse Travel is offering the option to share accommodation with another solo traveller of the same gender.
