If you complete a register-your-interest form, we will also collect information such as your departure city, hotel preferences and other travel preferences.

We may disclose your personal information to suppliers of products or services you have selected, third party travel service providers who assist in fulfilling your booking, our online booking host, third party promotional sponsors, contracted service providers such as call centres and mailing houses, and government authorities in the event of an accident, disaster or emergency.
Where we contract out functions, we prohibit third parties from using your personal information except for the specific purpose for which we supply it.
Cross-Border Data Flows
The third parties we disclose your personal information to — including suppliers, travel service providers, our call centre operator, website manager, cloud infrastructure and data centre providers — may be located overseas.

When you access our website, we may place cookies, pixels or other code on your device to collect information about your usage of our website and the device you are using. These help us recognise you on return visits, understand how our site is used, and personalise your experience.

Google Analytics & Lucky Orange
Our website uses Google Analytics to compile statistical reports on site usage. We do not (and do not allow any third party to) use Google Analytics to track or collect personal data of visitors. You may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We store personal information in a combination of secure computer storage facilities, paper-based facilities and other records. We endeavour to take all reasonable precautions to maintain the security of the information in our systems and regularly review our security policies.
Your personal information is stored in secured locations and on servers controlled by Keith Prowse Travel located either at our offices or at the offices of our service providers.
