All FAQs

09 SHOWING
01

Where is the Japanese Grand Prix held?

The Japanese Grand Prix takes place at Suzuka Circuit, one of Formula 1’s most iconic and technically demanding circuits. Suzuka is unique for its figure-eight layout, the only one of its kind on the F1 calendar. The 5.807km track combines high-speed corners, sweeping ‘S’ curves, and tight chicanes that test both driver skill and car balance.

02

What is the best place to stay for the Japanese Grand Prix?

Suzuka, where the Grand Prix is held, is a small town with limited accommodation, much of which is reserved for Formula 1teams, officials, and media. For most fans, the best place to stay for the Japanese Grand Prix is Nagoya, the nearest major city located around 50 km north of Suzuka. Nagoya is a vibrant, modern city with shopping districts, an exceptional dining scene, and a key transport hub, making it perfect for exploration.

03

What is the best way to get to Suzuka Circuit from Nagoya?

Return shared transfers are included in most of our Japanese Grand Prix packages. We coordinate departure times so you arrive comfortably to catch all the action, without having to worry about navigating the crowded trains and shuttle buses. Over race weekend, the journey can take up to 2 hours due to increased traffic.

01

What is included in a Japanese Grand Prix package?

Our Japanese Grand Prix packages are designed to make your race weekend and time in Japan effortless. Depending on the option you select, inclusions typically combine official reserved grandstand or hospitality access, quality accommodation in Nagoya, return race day transfers, and an invitation-only welcome function. You will also have our on-ground team available for assistance throughout the event.

02

Can I add on optional tours & experiences in Japan?

Yes! We offer a range of optional tours and experiences to help you make the most of your time in Japan. Whether you’d like to extend your stay in Tokyo, explore the country’s rich culture, or enjoy a unique local experience, we can tailor options to suit your interests. From visiting ancient temples and traditional tea houses to discovering Japan’s vibrant cities and scenic countryside, there’s something for every traveller to enjoy.

03

Will I see Cherry Blossoms?

The 2026 Japanese Grand Prix takes place from Thursday 26 March to Sunday 29 March, aligning perfectly with the start of Sakura (cherry blossom) season. During this time, Japan transforms into a sea of delicate pink blooms, and Suzuka is no exception. In previous years, the circuit has been beautifully framed by cherry blossoms, creating a breathtaking backdrop to the high-octane action on track.

You can also experience the full charm of Sakura season throughout the region, whether strolling through Nagoya’s gardens or visiting local parks. It’s a truly special time to visit Japan, combining the excitement of Formula 1 with one of the country’s most picturesque natural spectacles.

04

Are flights included in these Japanese Grand Prix packages?

Flights are not included unless specified, although we can arrange them on request. The Japanese Grand Prix is a high-demand event, so early booking secures better seat locations, a wider choice of hotels and smooth logistics. Once confirmed, you will receive a detailed travel pack with schedules, transfer timings, gate maps and host contacts for on-ground support.

05

Is the package price per person or per room?

In general, our Japanese Grand Prix package prices are shown on a per person twin or double share room basis, unless otherwise specified. Please note a single occupancy surcharge applies for solo passengers.

01

Are there payment plans available?

Our payment terms vary depending on the event; however, our standard payment terms are typically a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining 50% balance due 3 months before the event. If the event is less than 3 months away, the balance must be paid in full.
