NRL Magic Round

Magic Round is a festival of rugby league in which all National Rugby League (NRL) matches for a given round are played at a single venue over a weekend. The concept was inspired by England’s Super League Magic Weekend and debuted in 2019 at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium. The entire round becomes a celebration of the sport, with fans from every club converging on one city for three days of non‑stop rugby league. Queensland’s state government has secured the event at Suncorp Stadium through at least 2032.

Magic Round transforms Brisbane into a rugby league carnival. Fans from 16 NRL clubs descend on the city, creating a colourful mix of jerseys and spirited banter. Outside the stadium, the fan zone features live music, entertainment and activations. Inside, the crowd energy builds with each match, culminating in a festival‑like finale on Sunday evening. The event appeals not only to die‑hard supporters but to anyone looking to experience rugby league in a fun, social environment.

Suncorp Stadium is located in Milton, a short walk from Brisbane’s CBD. The stadium is serviced by frequent trains to Milton and Roma Street stations, while numerous bus routes stop at the Caxton Street and Milton Road entrances. Special event buses operate from outer suburbs on game days.

Tickets are sold as single‑day passes or three‑day bundles. Keith Prowse Travel can secure seats in various categories, from silver to premium corporate boxes and lounges. Packages include centrally located hotels, welcome functions, daily transfers and optional meet‑and‑greet opportunities with NRL personalities. Due to the event’s popularity, early booking is recommended to guarantee your preferred seating and accommodation.

In general, our Magic Round package prices are shown on a per person twin or double share room basis, unless otherwise specified. Please note that a single occupancy surcharge applies for solo passengers.

Our payment terms vary depending on the event; however, our standard payment terms are typically a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining 50% balance due 3 months before the event. If the event is less than 3 months away, the balance must be paid in full.
