Formula 1® returns to Malaysia in 2026. Following the postponement of the Bahrain Grand Prix earlier this year amid the conflict in the Middle East, Malaysia has been officially confirmed as host for the Bahrain Grand Prix, bringing the pinnacle of motorsport back to the country for the first time since 2017.
The action will unfold at the legendary Sepang International Circuit, just outside Kuala Lumpur. One of the sport’s most iconic modern venues, Sepang is renowned for its sweeping high-speed corners, long flat-out straights and searing tropical conditions that have tested the very best drivers in the world. Framed by lush jungle, dramatic architecture and roaring grandstands, it delivers racing drama on a circuit steeped in Formula 1® history.
